Formerly the driving force behind Grimsby Jazz and voted Jazz Promoter of the Year by her peers, Gill Wilde is now director of Grimsby Jazz Projects. With a successful monthly jazz club to her credit plus the nationally renowned Cleethorpes Jazz Festival, Gill has now moved away from promoting gigs and events on a local level to working with Pat and Josie on developing their exciting education programme. Gill is also driving forward ambitious creative projects for jazz on the national scene with new commissions and collaborations between musicians of national and international standing. Gill's infectious enthusiasm for jazz and her promotion of jazz education make her a tireless champion of jazz for everyone regardless of age or background.
